Edamame Appetizer

Healthy and Easy Appetizer or Snack

  • 1 bag 500 g Frozen Edamame, shelled or unshelled
  • 2 tsp coarse sea salt (e.g. GuĂ©rande coarse sea salt)


  • Bring a large pot of water and coarse sea salt to a boil.
  • Add the frozen endamame and bring back to a boil. Once it boil again, cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
  • Rinse with cold water, drain, and put in a serving plate.
  • Salt to taste with finishing salt like fleur de sel or sea salt flakes.


Enjoy this appetizer with a cold beer.
