font-family: 'Trebuchet MS','sans-serif';\">Add green chile and saut&eacute; for 3-4 minutes more until chile is heated through.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Trebuchet MS','sans-serif';\">Remove from heat.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Trebuchet MS','sans-serif';\">Trim excess fat from pork roast and season with salt and pepper.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Trebuchet MS','sans-serif';\">Place pork roast in a large slow cooker (5-6 quarts).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Trebuchet MS','sans-serif';\">Cover roast with onion mixture.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Trebuchet MS','sans-serif';\">Add chicken broth to cover roast entirely.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;
