This easy yogurt marinade helps the chicken stay juicy. Easy to make, it’s seasoned with spices and each bite is wonderfully flavorful.
- 1 1/4 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- The juice of half a lemon
- Salt to taste
- Combine all the ingredients.
- Put the chicken and the marinade into a large freezer bag.
Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight. Perfect for 6 chicken breasts.
