Ingredients

bag 500 g
Frozen Edamame, shelled or unshelled

tsp
coarse sea salt
(e.g. Guérande coarse sea salt)
Instructions
Bring a large pot of water and coarse sea salt to a boil.
Add the frozen endamame and bring back to a boil. Once it boil again, cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
Rinse with cold water, drain, and put in a serving plate.
Salt to taste with finishing salt like fleur de sel or sea salt flakes.
Notes
Enjoy this appetizer with a cold beer.
