Healthy Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients
- 3 bananas
- 2 cups cups quick oats
- 1/3 cup apple sauce
- 1/3 cup almonds milk
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp vanilla
- 1 tbsp baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, whisk together the oats, brown sugar, baking powder, and cinnamon.
- In a medium bowl, cream bananas, and apple sauce together until light and fluffy. Beat in vanilla extract until combined.
- Pour the liquid mixture into the oats mixture and stir just until combined. Stir in raisins.
- Line cookie sheets with parchment paper or lightly spray with cooking spray. Using two tablespoons of dough per cookie, roll into balls.
- Bake cookies for 12-15 minutes or just until they start to turn light, golden brown on top.
- Cool 5 minutes on sheets, then transfer cookies to a wire rack to cool completely.

You can make different oatmeal cookie varieties using this healthy oatmeal cookie recipe. So instead of raisins, you can add chocolate chips.
